Oyster/Pacemaker Improvisation (2012)

A performance at Lowrise (Seoul, South Korea) as part of Nicolas Collins’s Hardware Hacking Workshop in November 2012. The Oyster/Pacemaker is a synthesizer made by Hasan Hujairi that has two sides to it: an analog light-sensitive oscillator that has a pitch control that is virtually impossible to control, and a digital synthesizer that has rudimentary parameters controllable by potentiometers. The performance also includes the usage of a Chimera Synthesis bC6 Walnut synthesizer and the manipulation of the mixer.
