Update #1:    YES, I did it. I graduated from the Intensive Japanese language course on Wednesday. I even gave a speech in Japanese. It went well. I can’t believe I’ve come this far in less than 7 months. Oh well. I can’t say anything else. Please take a look at the pictures I posted in regards to this.

Update #2:     Yesterday, I met Mr. Masuno - the Japanese man I played a Oud duet with in Bahrain before I came to Japan. We played some music together and had a good dinner at the local Curry shop I love. It was great to play music with him.

Update#3:      I saw some drunk college kids beating the snot out of each other this evening while walking around the town I live in. I did not interfere. It isn’t worth the trouble.

Update#4:     Today, I went to Odaiba and enjoyed the sights and sounds of a Mexican Cultural festival. At the end, I entered in a raffle competition for a free trip to Cancun. Wouldn’t that be something!? I better get my heads of the clouds. Chances of that happening are very slim, but at least they exist. There was an awesome Mariachi band performing. I was with great friends. What else could a silly Bahraini ask for?

Update#5:      I am having fun. Keeping healthy. Enjoying the company of good friends. Enjoying my hobbies. Have many chances to read novels I never had the time for before. This place is good for me.
